Usual high quality immersive DVD from Success Cycling. As a 71 year old fitness rider I can only dream of the power outputs and cadences but can still imagine myself in another time and place while immeasurably improving my fitness level.
Totally addictive.

My legs may be ageing but I really got into this. I am hooked. Converted the DVD to MP4 to play on my tablet while visually toiling up the climb on the Wattbike in my gym. Fantastic At 71 I can’t do the power or the cadences but I think the perspiration expended means I at least give it a go! Another quality offering from Success Cycling; what more is there to say.
